We are representing our clients before Immigration Appeal Division and Immigration Division. We understand that it might be possible that a person feels nervous with the name of hearing. We assist our clients to feel easy/relaxed during proceedings and prepare them before going to tribunals. We also provide them an opportunity to see the Tribunal hearing rooms, before the hearing, so that they will answer all the questions correctly. In order to get positive results from hearing, our staff does proper research and study the case law before going to deal with cases.

This is how we deal with our clients,

1. We will review your background, ask you in-depth questions, then let you know about the options you have, and the possibility of success of your case.
2. We review all your documents to ensure consistency with each other and let you know if any document is required. Not providing the required documents will delay your application.
3. We provide the submissions along with applications based on Law, Policies and Procedures and also on facts of your case so that visa officer will evaluate your file based on such facts.
4. It is possible that you might have a right to file an application in a visa post other that your country of residence. We will assist you in understanding the benefits of filling an application in other visa posts so that your processing time will be faster.
5. We do not sit back after filing your application, we always follow up the application after submitting it and try to communicate with visa posts to know the processing times or if they need any further documents. We also order search for immigration files so that we will read the notes of visa officer and what’s going on your file so that we will provide the additional information to visa posts. We’ll follow up with Canada Immigration while your file is being processed. If they ask for more evidence, we'll help you determine the best response.
6. We prepare you for interview and let you know the possible questions which visa officer may ask.
7. After the interview, we will request the information on your file and if anything is required, we work on it.
8. We also deal with Medical issues, Inadmissibility issues and if the visa is refused, we will file appeal with Immigration Appeal Division.

When the visa is issued, we provide advice about landing in Canada and what documents you will have to present to the officers and what questions they may ask you.
