• Study the nature and extent of present and future requirements for the skills
• At a reasonable cost to the employer, western Star assists in addressing their skilled workers requirements
• Maintain an up-to-date skills inventory of workers that are in demand
• Help the employers to match the skills available with their requirements for workers
• Where suitable, refers workers to the Employers and provide resumes
• Assist employers in the process for selection of workers by reviewing applications and skills for available jobs
• Where required, process the job offer for Service Canada approvals
• Regular consultations and exchange of information regarding labour market in general and the availability of job and workers in particular
