HARRY VIRK, BA(Law), LLB, RCIC

Mr. Harry Virk is a founder of Western Star Immigration Inc. He is a law graduate and holds a BA (Law), LLB (Professionals) degree. He completed his studies in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures from the University of British Columbia and real estate trading services certificate from Sauder School of Business, the University of British Columbia. With his experience in immigration and enforcement matters, he represents clients in various aspects of Canadian immigration law, including skilled category, family class, work permits, student visas, investor class, entrepreneur class, provincial nominees before the Citizenship and Immigration Canada. He regularly appears  before the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD), Immigration Division (ID), Immigration & Refugee Board (IRB) for Sponsorship Appeals, Admissibility Hearings and Refugee Claim Hearings. He also represent clients, before Citizenship & Immigration Canada as well as Canada Border Services Agency's privacy coordinators, in applications under the Access to Information and Privacy Act. He is also appointed as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits for British Columbia.

 

OPINDER SEKHON, Australian Immigration Practitoner

Mr. Sekhon is based in Australia and is a registered Migration Agent with Migration Agents Registration Authority. He has completed Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice from Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia and Bachelor of Agriculture Science (Hon's). He is a member of Migration Institute of Australia and Migration Alliance. In addition, he is a qualified Education Agent Counsellor. He has successfully assisted many people from around the world to migrate and become established in Australia. Furthermore, he has wide range of experience in the migration law industry including extensive experience in overseas consultations for migration. He has a wide range of experience in student counselling. He has also worked extensively with high net worth clients, and presently handles all immigration subclass enquiries, interviews and applications. He is keenly aware of the problem faced by migrants, their families and has developed the knowledge to assist clients and meet their needs. Opinder Sekhon will combine his technical expertise with a total commitment to preparing and filing a successful case on your behalf.  

 

SARABJEET CHHINA

Mr.Sarabjeet Chhina is an associate of Western Star Immigration Inc. He has been running an educational academy under the name of ‘THE LEGENDS ENGLISH VILLAGE ’ preparing students for IELTS, developing their skills in spoken English and offering education consulting services since year 2000. He is a holder of Honors degree. Presently he is working as an expert educational counsellor, especially for Canada, New Zealand, Australia and United Kingdom. He represents clients in applications for international educational institutes in Canada. He is successfully helping clients in acclimatizing in the mentioned countries. Being keenly interested in the profession, he has opened doors and created learning opportunities for hundreds of individuals.  

SMITA GIRI

Smita is an firm manager working with Western Star Immigration Inc. She holds a BA(Law), LLB degree from India. Before moving to Canada, she was practicing the immigration law in India. She completed study in Immigration Laws, Policy and Procedure from University of British Columbia and is currently enrolled with NCA.
