HARRY VIRK, CCIC

Mr. Harry Virk is a founder of Western Star Immigration Inc. He is a law graduate from India and holds a BA (Law), LLB (Professionals) Degree. After moving to Canada, he completed his studies in Immigration Laws, policies and procedure from university of British Columbia and real estate trading services degree from Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia.With his experience in practice of law, he represents his clients in all aspects of Canadian immigration, including skilled category, family class, work permits, student visas, investor class, entrepreneur class, Provincial nominees before Citizenship and immigration Canada. He also represents his clients before Immigration appeal division (IAD), Immigration Division (ID) and Immigration refugee Board (IRB) and privacy coordinators under Access to Information Act.He is also appointed as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits for British Columbia

MILA ABERTEN, CCIC

Mila Aberten is an associate of Western Star Immigration Inc. She is a holder of Honors Diploma in Foreign Languages (BA) from Ukraine and a graduate of the Immigration Laws, Policies and Procedures from the University of British Columbia. Mila is a full member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants, the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) and a Fellow of the Canadian Migration Institute (CMI). She represents clients in applications for temporary residency (work permits study permits and visitor record) and permanent residence in Canada. She works in business, Provincial Nominee, independent, family class area of immigration law. she is fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian.

OPINDER SEKHON, Australian Immigration Consultant

Mr. Sekhon is based in Australia and a registered Migration Agent with Migration Agents Registration Authority. He has completed Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice from Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia and also done Bachelor of Agriculture Science (Hon's). He is a member of Member Migration Institute of Australia and Member Migration Alliance . In addition, he is a Qualified Education Agent Counsellor.

He has successfully assisted many people from around the world to migrate and become established in Australia. Furthermore, he has wide range of experience in the migration lawindustry including extensive experience in overseas consultations for migration. He has a wide range of experience in Student counselling and lodging all types of cases. He is keenly aware of the problem faced by migrants, their families and has developed the knowledge to assist clients to meet their needs.

Opinder Sekhon has a wide breadth of experience in Australian immigration and case management, and will combine his technical expertise with a total commitment to preparing and filing a successful case on your behalf. He has also worked extensively on temporary and permanent business skills cased for high net worth clients, and presently handles all other immigration subclass enquiries, interviews and application.

SARABJEET CHHINA

Mr.Sarabjeet Chhina is an associate of Western Star Immigration Inc. and  has been running his educational academy under the name of ‘THE LEGENDS ENGLISH VILLAGE ’ dealing in IELTS , Spoken English  and education consulting Services since 2000.He is holding a Honers degree.. Presently he is working as expert educational counsellor, especially for Canada, New Zealand, Australia and United Kingdom. He also represents clients in applications for international educational institutes in Canada.  He has successfully helped his clients in acclimatizing in the above written countries. Being keenly interested in the profession, he has opened doors and created opportunities for hundreds of individuals. He is straight forward and amiable person to work within a group. He has an ability to create an access to the world of others. He listens to the clients and reliably delivers which matter to them, to create a difference in their lines.

KARAN BHATTI

Karan is working with Western Star Immigration Inc. from more than a year. He holds a Bachelor of technology degree and is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu. He is student at consultancy with Canadian society of immigration Consultants Before moving to Canada, he was working with immigration lawyer in India. With his experience in Canadian immigration, he is working on temporary class cases and usually assist our clients before service canada for labour market opinions, arranged employment opinions and assist employers with hiring the foreign workers.

SMITA GIRI

Smita is a office manager working wth Western Star Immigration Inc. She holds a BA(Law), LLB Degree from India. Before moving to Canada, she was practicing the immigration law in India. She is a law student in Canada with NCA and also a student at consultancy with Canadian society of immigration Consultants.
